"I enjoyed my stay at Azul. The property was beautiful, the staff was fantastic and the food was great. The furniture in the room and certain places were a bit dated but outside of that, everything was fine. The seven mile beach was incredible and they put on a good show at nice, There is a club with a DJ that starts at 11pm and ends around 1. All in all, I had a great time and would visit again."

"Wonderful resort full of warm and friendly staff. Great vibes and a fantastic beach. Shout out to Tyneson, Donna, Alicia, Amay, Diana and all the wonderful staff I’m missing. Big up to everyone! We’ll be back. Warm thank you"

"We had a wonderful stay overall, but I want to provide balanced feedback regarding a specific incident after checkout. First, the positives: Our stay was made truly memorable by two exceptional staff members, Devaughn and Jermaine (From Prime) . They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They are a credit to your team. However, we encountered a significant issue after checking out. We were given a dining pass so we could enjoy a meal before departing....

"Everything was good"

"Absolutely loved my stay and the staff was wonderful"

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

"Staff was helpful and friendly, the pool was great. The bathroom shower didn't work and no hot water. The toilet was lean and we had no soap in the dispenser. the place was far with lots of cows in the pathway. We arrived at night and the area was dark. Breakfast was ok. The place is a bit bushy but it was a nice quaint cabin, kinda romantic."

"I love the uniqueness of it. The staff is wonderful even the security also. I enjoy my breakfast very much in the mornings . The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is I’m from nearby and whenever I visit home I tried to stay away from all inclusive because I would like to have my family visit me with ease and that was a little hard for me but thanks to Monique she is so sweet and all the staff also."

"Everything great! But need to upgrade TVs"
