"We enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff was friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. There were a few minor issues: a water leak from the ceiling in the stairwell that looked like it was getting worse during our visit, a safe that didn't work consistently, and TVs with poor sound projection that could use replacing. Otherwise, I can't complain. The bed was comfortable, and the food and views were phenomenal. One tip: book tours and taxis through the front desk, since they use reputable companies, rather than going with someone you meet on the beach. I would highly recommend this resort!"

I first encountered a long 1.5 hours wait time to get my room. We were disappointed with the food selection. Very little authenticity of the Jamaican food basic "jerk chicken". Quality of food was poor. Staff in all the departs I encountered were welcoming pleasant and accommodating. Management address the meals, good food is key to a great vacation."
