"Had a great time. Definitely would go again"

"The property is beautiful, and the rooms were clean; however, there was an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience was disappointing due to the lack of friendly service and communication. There was no water available in the building, and guests were not informed of this issue in advance. Additionally, my room keys did not work. When I reported the problem, I was simply told that someone would be sent to assist, without any further explanation or clear communication. The...

"Ac didn’t blow cold"

"The property is the process of being closed due to a new location being built to be opened in 2027. The room, although it appeared clean, are not very clean the floor in the rooms needed to be swept and mopped. Lots of scaffolding around the building for on going renovations. The rooms given out by Expedia are of the lowest quality. Staff at the hotel are accommodating and helpful , I probably won’t go back there because I couldn’t eat the buffet food. Everything had pepper in it . ...

"This hotel is no more than a 2 star"

"The place, food, room, and staff were amazing. Top notch."

"Our stay at Ocean Eden Bay was nice! The property was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was great and our room was spectacular. “Get the swim up room!” The only issue we ran into was upon check in. Unfortunately, we missed our flight the day before but when we arrived we still had to wait in the lobby for 2+hrs. Head of systems up keep was very apologetic and did her best to expedite the wait time. The wait was very off putting because if we had arrived the day...

"Great place to visit"

"Staff was great. Laundry isn’t free and neither is room service but it was nice"

"My first impression was disappointing. The check‑in attendants were not welcoming and did not provide clear instructions. Wayfinding around the resort was extremely difficult—signage was poor, staff directions were confusing, and you often had to walk outside the resort just to avoid getting lost. There was no entertainment or daytime activities for adults besides getting in the pool, which closed at 6 PM along with most of the resort. That is very early, especially for adults who expect...

"The properties clean and safe. Staff were friendly. The Jamaican and Seafood rest were excellent."

"Property was nice and small, great for persons looking for quiet and relaxation, with the perfect mix of entertainment. Staff was wonderful, always made sure we were okay, specifically miss Stacey who works in the food service department at the Green Island restaurant during the breakfast and dinner hours."

"It was an amazing stay"

"I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub."

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other...

"Pay your employees a living wage. There needs to be a microwave in the room. Get centennial for the outdoor restaurant to get rid of bugs. The food was good and cooked with good favor. The restaurant was very clean. Since it is an outdoor venue centennial needs to be around the perimeter. There was a very nice ocean view and breeze. It's a very nice place the food and drinks are a little costly eventhough it was good."

"The hotel was nice, Just not enough activities or shows needs more entertainment. If you just want to relax this is the place to go."

"Very good"

"The food is excellent. The rooms are too cold and when you turn off the air conditioner condensation collects on walls and floor which limited you from opening windows and patio doors but the clean up was very fast."
