"Nice place to stay, beach view. Loved the place. The only negative point on my view is they should inspect the room before give it to a customer becouse my air conditioner was making a lot of noises and frigobar door was making a loud noise when opening it. To finish the majority of employees wasn't happy with the customers very feel ones, on my opinion they all should be happy and friendly with the guests. They are not."

"Very clean, great customer service and kid friendly"

"Everything about this resort is incredible! Clean, food is great, and the staff goes above and beyond for their guest! Loved it so much we plan on going back in a few months!"

"The staff was truly the highlight of our trip. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality made a lasting impression, and we appreciated their efforts. However, one area that could use improvement is the attention to detail and overall guest experience. We were celebrating a surprise birthday, so we wanted the stay to feel special from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. When we...

"The property is very clean and well kept. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I wish that we could find a place to leave our 3 year old so we can enjoy ourselves. The beach is clean and well kept. I really enjoyed it. Overall I will come back and I will recommend Riu to my friends and family."

"The whole resort is very clean and beautiful. Some of the staff are very friendly, some seem stand off-ish. The food could be better. Seems like they were struggling to get the fruit to ripen in time for placing on the buffet. But the buffet has a lot of options, including omelette and crepe stations. The à la cart restaurants were ok. The best was the hibachi and Robert’s flame. We had a swim out room, but couldn’t swim much there due to the water being cold. Other pools were a better temp for...

"The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed on the Adults only side but walked around the family side as well. There was some construction happening outside our building but we were never bothered by noise or debris. Staff are very kind and attentive. They take the time to talk to you and get to know you. I’m sure tipping daily helps but I saw them engaging with non-tipping customers as well. The pool is enormous and the swim up bar offers everything. Elvis took great care of us...

"Fantastic staff, beautiful room and grounds. Food was delicious. We were lucky to enjoy a Jamaican feast. Drinks were top tier. Good wine at dinner, bar drinks were made to order the way you like them ( enjoyed a salt rimmed classic margarita, a vodka olive martini, ice cold beer and rum punches that weren’t watered down at all as other reviews said). Beach was lovely pool was well lit at night. Comfortable bed! Loved having robes in the room but I do suggest putting more size inclusive ones....

"The property was very nice. I truly enjoyed myself. I just think it should have more activities for the time when it rains outside. Like karaoke and trivia. Also, the showtimes and the dinner reservations should not clash"

"J’aime bien les services, mais svp mettez des activités dans l’hôtel c’est plate quand il n’y a rien, vous allez avoir beaucoup plus de personnes si vous mettez un peu d’activités pour que les gens puissent profiter"

"The staff were amazing and the food was delicious. Deja is an inclusive resort with a local feel. I like that it was more of a home feel than a big luxury experience. Authentic food, good people and of course rum! The rooms could use some updates but you’re never inside with the beach right across the street and so much to do. I will be coming back!!"

"There was no entertainment and no good restaurants, Management was unavailable to speak to guests. There was no shower gel and on two occasions there was no hot water available. Some staff were pleasant and attempted to make the stay better despite lack of resources ."

"The resort is nice, it could be cleaner. Our rooms floor was not swept or mopped. A lot of heat was being generated by the mini fridge as well as from the large gap on the doorway of the rooms entrance which was letting hot air in. The AC had to be turned as low as possible to cool the room. We couldn’t get into the different restaurants. They either booked or closed!"

"We had ants and other bugs in our room. Every bar in the resort will run out of liquor and wouldn’t replenish till the next day. Excuses were made for being understaff. Some of the personal work alone, especially at the food truck. I wouldn’t recommend."
