"The front desk check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour just to check in, which was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to change rooms the next day, which added inconvenience and disruption to my stay. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and fell short of my expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience."

"The room was clean and spacious. Activities were on point so it was fun and things to do"

"Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason."

"The staff ,food , and everything else overall was great !!"

"Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved."

"Perfect"

"Felt more quiet and intimate than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to. Great people, food (except ribeye steak at Steak House was overcooked, too thin and fatty. Filet at Kulinariun restaurant was perfectly cooked)"

"Todo fue excelente"

"The beach view was excellent and the food was good and the staff friendly"

"The rooms were terrible. Our room was dirty. They had to come back and deep, clean it. The toilet was broke. The only thing I can say about the hotel was a staff was very pleasant in the bars and restaurants, but they were out of everything. It reminded me of a place that was going out of business. Definitely wasn’t a five star hotel not even at three Star."

"My nephew and I stayed at Sea Gardens. The staff were very fun and professional. The show time dance and activities was enjoyable. The food was delicious especially the braised beef. I also like that we could access food until 1:00 and they have an onsite club. Zoey from Entertainment was such a vibe. Our driver Kevin drove us to the airport- was such a gentleman. We are definitely staying here on our next adventure."

"Very comfortable and a relaxing stay at “Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters”. 🏖️🏖️😍"

"Staff,facility was all great"
