"I would 100% return to the Princess Resort in Jamaica. I went with my elderly mother and 2 small children. It was a very family friendly resort and had everything we needed. There was a waterpark for all ages, a kiddie area for non-swimmers, splash pad, bigger slides for teens, many different pools, a swim up bar pool with lots of afternoon entertainment, and a beach area as well. "The resorts is nice and clean for the most part. Beautiful balcony view staring at the moonlight on the pools and beach water. Glad they give us a room close to the front. The 4 pools were relaxing. I had a problem with the pools closing at 6p with an all-inclusive for adults only. We enjoyed the pool parties the most. And at night the staff minds their business as along as you are not loud. "This is your typical mid grade all inclusive resort. They don’t allow anyone under the age of 18 in any pool with a swim up bar so if you have teens with you it can get annoying if you want a drink and want to also be with them. Food is average, the lunch buffet offered the best variety."

"An excellent stay, overall, with some minor issues. The TV had various US-based news, movie and sports channels, but almost all of them buffered, to the extent of being unwatchable. The safe in the room did not function. Food was good, but the choices for the main courses were limited. Great dessert options. The kids loved the kids-pool and the shallow areas of the main pool. In terms of the beach, there is not much gradual beach area. Overall, a solid 4.5 stars."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff was great. The only problem we had was there were only 3 restaurants other than the buffet and beach bar and we were only allowed to go to each of the 3 fine restaurants 1 time even though we were there for a whole week. People who came for 3 nights got to go to the 3 restaurants 1 time each so since we stayed 7 nights we paid 2 times more than them so we feel we should have been able to go to one of the finer 3 restaurants each night."

"I absolutely loved Riu Reggae. Everyone over there was extremely friendly and helpful and there was so much to do! I’m pretty sure there was a show almost every night! I especially liked the fact that my friends and I were able to go to the other resorts (riu montego bay & riu palace) and do things over there too. The food was good some days and okay other days but it is a resort so my expectations weren’t that high. But overall, the resort was a 10/10!"

"I’ll start with the good: the staff is extremely friendly, the entertainment team does their best to keep guests entertained, the beach is absolutely beautiful and amazing, the pools are nice, and the food is very good. Now for the bad, which is very important to me. The room cleaning is terrible. They don’t make sure the room is properly stocked with the necessary items. "The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience."
