"The service was very inconsistent as far as staff friendliness and offering assistance. The buffet was not good but the coffee shop made up for the lack there of. The restaurants were good but they didn’t accept anyone 1hr before closing so why bother state they stay open until 9:30pm? The bars closed early and again very inconsistent with friendliness. Overall a 5/10 rating for me."

"We had a fantastic experience at Ocean Coral Springs! The resort was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional (Britnie!) - extremely helpful but not pushy or sales-ey in any way. We traveled with two young kids and the resort had a ton of activities to keep them entertained, including Daisy Club, water park, family lounge and bowling. The food was delicious too! Overall, it was a 10 out of 10! Thank you for a great time!"

"I loved all of the activities that was right there on the property. . I do, however, wish that they would season their food better.. people from all over the world come to Jamaica to experience real Jamaican culture and a good 45% of that comes from the food. . I really wish I could’ve experienced the true Jamaican culture within the food."

"The rooms are old and very dirty, has a disgusting smell all over poorly cleaned the bed makes noise the iron frames were falling out food is awful cold and dry after trying multiple restaurants I was disappointed the whole time I will never go back"

"I absolutely loved everything about this property. It exceeded our expectations, my husband and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary here. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are exceptional and helped to make our holiday perfect. The pleasure suite lived up to it's name and the views were amazing. The food choices and nightly entertainment was superb."

"This property is beautiful but it is old. The rooms are nice but dated and the bathrooms were pretty dirty. The mirrors were chipped and everything looked like it just hadn't been cleaned. The iron was so dirty it leaked black mystery stuff all over my dress one evening. The wait for room service can be 45- 90 minute wait. One evening they got the room number wrong and we waited 3hrs for food. They don't change your sheets when they clean the rooms they just remake the bed even if the sheets...

"The rooms was lacking the needs like towels robes. I got locked out my room and I was told by staff to come downstairs and get the key. I got woken up in the middle of the night when they didn’t want to replace or give me towels in a roll. Staff was very inconsiderate when I told them that I had just gotten locked out of my room and they wanted me to come get the key and I did not have any clothes on thank God. My sister‘s room was next-door to me and I stayed in her room until I was able to get...

"Property in need of serious renovations. Did not get the room I paid for. Some of the staff seemed overwhemled when serving me and my family while staying there. Some of the women in the mahongony dining area in the morning for breakfast were very kind and made the experience alittle better when going there."

"We had an absolute blast at RIU Palace Montego Bay. Staff, Pool, entertainment, drinks, food, were all really excellent. I only have one issue... The Beds are THE WORST IN THE WORLD. The all have to be destroyed immediately. My neck and back are in complete shambles after trying to sleep on them for a week."

"Lush garden. The lobby has plenty seating. Did not enjoy the hotel. I do believed I didnt get the room that I paid for. The air conditioner was first so loud. The man came and bridge it with a piece of wood. We had to turn it off and use the fan. The bathroom had rust on the soap dish holder and the shower curtain rod. The room had a musty smell. We cut the trip short and left Sunday instead of Monday."
