"Other then the horrible smell walking into the buffet area it’s was clean and staff helpful"

"It was way below my expectations."

"Great staff, food is really good"

"Was almost perfect, in my opinion needs paint job, shower walls needs attention, l stayed in building 2, this is my 4th trip to Riu Ocho Rios, everything else is on point. Staff, food, cleanliness and amenities. All is clean and well kept."

"The hotel was amazing"

"Everything was beautiful"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Riu Negril. The property was very clean and modern. Food choices were great—it being an all-inclusive. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back to Riu Negril."

"The absolute best all-inclusive I have ever stayed at. There were multiple security gates for extra safety. The beach was cleaned daily. The staff is so fun and respectful. It was our honeymoon and felt like we were celebrities. Food was great and service was wonderful. The resort is on its own peninsula so there’s no one coming up in boats trying to sell you anything."

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"Wow is my description. Beautiful property, I loved the rooms, the bathroom was gorgeous and the 4 poster bedroom and the furniture was lovely. The staff was exceptional."

"We enjoyed our stay and my 13 yr old had a good experience esp pool, outdoor playing court, various games and the entertainment room! The food choices was very good and the fish resturant was excellent. Despite having two.nights stay we had a good time and would recommend this Hotel and will return again."

"Very good"
