"They included parking, and the room is big and clean. They also had free ice cubes and a lovely onsen that face to the seaview. The only thing is that there was a dead cockroach at my room entrance"

"Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! "We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were nicely made, the space was clean, and the bathroom was great. The location was super convenient, and we had a handy little kitchenette for tea and coffee. We did have a minor internet issue, but staff helped us resolve it. The only downside was that the self check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a really comfortable and pleasant stay!"
