個check-in system真係麻麻

重點講唔好嘅地方： 1. 唔夠車位，佢哋應該係一間屋一個車位，但如果另外一間屋嘅人早過你到達，而佢又多過一架車，你就會冇位泊，我只可以泊喺入口小路 2. 住宿途中停過兩次電，大概2分鐘自己着返 3. 佢嘅自助check-in系統極不user friendly, 要我哋一行六個人入晒所有Passport個人資料，逐一影相，搞咗大半個鐘都搞唔掂，其實如果可以預先俾客人入定資料，去到只需要影相，體驗會好好多

環境好舒服，地方整潔，唯一缺點是需要自駕遊會較為方便，晚上太安靜，如果太大聲會影響附近居民，如果一家人有小朋友未必是好選擇。 露台沒有燈較為不便。 早上居民上班會有少許嘈吵，不過還可接受。 房間望出窗外環境舒服。

部屋は綺麗に掃除されていました。 シャンプー、リンスもいい香りのものでした。 リビングのソファが3人掛けで、 家族4人だと座れなかったので、 もう2人くらい座れるソファがあるといいです。

飯店距離鬧區有段距離，建議要搭計程車，從車站可以搭排班，但從旅館出來就只能靠電話，若日文不行，建議不要考慮。 旅館應在入住前三天告知入住密碼及事項，但卻沒有，我在門口打了三通電話，前後快七分鐘才知道密碼，實在令人煩燥。 旅館為專門BnB型態，最多可以容納六個人住宿，只有一間廁所及一間浴室，有點少。 入住登記資料是要與人員視訊後輸入護照等相關資料，不可僅派代表一人填資料，需全部人護照皆輸入，我們入住後隨即外出用餐，至晚間八點多才收到視訊來電得知需辦理手續，耗費不少休息時間。 建議自駕或會日文者來住，我們退房當天是很幸運路邊攔到一輛計程車，請他幫忙多找另一輛車，才解決可能要步行的窘境。

家族三世代で利用しました。一軒家でとても落ち着きました。洗濯機、浴室乾燥もあったので夜のうちに洗濯もできました。洗濯洗剤を置いていてくれたのも親切だと感じ、とても満足でした！ ご飯は湯布院駅にまで歩いて食べにいきましたが、そんなに遠く感じずに到着できました。 駐車場一台分はついていましたが、もし、別料金でもいいので、2台目を停めることができたら、さらに文句なしだとおもいました！

のどかで良い所にある

鍵を開けたらクーラーが入っており快適に過ごせました。 入室時は綺麗だと思ったけれども部屋の隅を見たら埃があった。 キッチンは食器は充実してると思うがカップ全てが茶渋、コーヒーで茶色になってて使用するのを躊躇した。 シャンプー、ボディーソープはあるが匂いがオジサン臭い！と誰も使わず持参したものを使用した。 隣の棟は中国人が泊まってたみたいで22時頃から外で大声で話したり花火したりして騒いでて迷惑だった。

舒適又方便的地方

二樓只有房間，其他都集中在一樓，還有一個室外BBQ的空間，而且離超市不遠，下次來一定要再住這裡！家人也對這裡讚不絕口(除了廁所在一樓，萬一半夜要起來上廁所會比較不方便)

お部屋も綺麗で便利な場所でした！ありがとうございました。とても素晴らしかったです。事前に宿泊者の情報を登録したはずでしたがもう一度、入室後にタブレットで情報を入れ直すことになり少し手間がかかりました。
