First hotel ive been to where there was no in person attendant but wow this was a greay experience. Easy parking, clean, good location. And the room was HUGE. Excellent value for money. The rooftop onsen was decent, could be better but that was just a bonus.

This hotel is so far out of town that walking in to town isn’t really an option (at least a hour walk) and the buses only run every half hour. As for the room itself, when you enter the bottom of the stairwell, you can turn on the light at the bottom but not the top. So you have to walk up into pitch black and use a flashlight to find the light switch at the top. The room barely cooled off, even with us blasting the AC units. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the onsen had a very pretty view.

The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!!

Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. I will try to dispute the charges for my stay. I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t step in to help!! Very frustrating and un-professional

洗面所、浴室のお湯が出ず、電話で問い合わせるとキッチンのお湯を出してみてと言われ、出したら出ました。その後試したら浴室も洗面所も出始め、安心してお風呂に入るも、シャワーはぬるいお湯しか出ず、しかもシャワーヘッドの穴は5分の1は塞がって水圧も弱く、寒くて大変でした。5分くらい浴槽側のお湯を出し続けたらようやく熱いお湯が出始めましたが、こちらの水圧もかなり弱く、なかなかたまりませんでしたがなんとか腰くらいまで溜めてあたたまりました。30分後に家族がはいると、またお湯が出なくなっており、結局大浴場へ行ってもらいました。この点だけは本当にどうか改善していただきたいと思いました。お部屋はきれいでした。

手続きも簡単でわかりやすく、スタッフの人は居ませんがスムーズに出来ました。部屋もキーではなく暗証番号なので、いちいち持ち歩きも気にしなくて良くて良かったです。 ただ、使い方の問題？か、お風呂のお湯が全く出ず、水がずーっと出て(途中から一瞬お湯)、すごく大変でした…。 車があれば立地も問題なく、すごく綺麗で、お風呂以外は大満足です！

ラブホを改装しての施設なので、そこに無理やり設備を入れてるので、奇妙な間取りですが、お値段相応かと。建物内にベンダーやコインランドリーがあるのは、嬉しい。 ただ、私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーの温度が上がるまで時間かかり、すぐに冷たくなる。また、シャワーヘッドの水量が少ないと感じる。 階上に露天風呂があり大変良いが、鍵付きのロッカーも無いので、少し不安を感じる。
