The room and location is so good.but communication is very bad.Owner have to send me password code 1day before check in but they don't.you have to use local telephone to call them and ask for the code. So terrible

Loved our stay here! Easy walk from train station. We ate a Kira Sushi just around the corner which was a super fun experience! The hotel is high tech with check in by tablet at the entry. Easy to navigate. Three comfy double beds and a lovely dining/kitchen area. Shower is great, water pressure a tad high! Very clean, nice ambience in the room, very happy we booked here!

Great for family

Room was very spacious and comfortable with modern design. Very well equipped with washer, fridge, microwave and even a small kitchenette. Self checking in and out was fast and easy. Received check in details in my email in Japanese and i couldn’t understand a thing. Had to use google translate which was not 100% accurate so it took me a while to figure out how to unlock the main door.

I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time. I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code.

Offers good gadgets. Bad location.

Washing machine helped me a lot. But the place is located at very narrow corners. Ventilation is very dirty. Only offers 3 parking space. If you find no spot, you have to pay extra money to park at somewhere far from the place everyday.

The property condition is good. However, the password hasn’t been sent before 24 hours checkin as described, instead only sending after asking explicitly after 3pm at the day of checking in. The “checkout” tablet located inside the room is out of order upon checkin. The location is inconvenient and far away from Beppu station.

初めて、コンドミニアムを利用しましたが、設備は新しくきれいでした。 入室時の機械操作が、年配の人には大変かも。 別府駅からも少し離れているかもです。 でも、多勢で利用するには、価格も含め良いと思います。

他の方のクチコミにある通り、清掃が甘い箇所はあるかと思います。しかしながら積水ハウスさんが建てた建物だけあって内装は綺麗でおしゃれですし、築浅で気持ちよく滞在できました。また、周囲にも沢山の商業施設があり又利用したいと思います。

공간이 넓고 시설은 좋습니다. 차가없이 가기는 애매한데 주차공간이 2자리인점은 단점입니다. 체크인할때 영상 통화하는 것이 귀찮습니다. 돈키호테가 2분거리인 점은 좋습니다

먼지뭉탱이 보실분..

1. 체크인 - 이메일로 와서 미리 체크인후 큐알캡쳐해서 체크인하니 금방했음. 영상통화해야함 2. 한층에 3호실씩있는데 층간소음심한편. 일단 바닥이 진짜 걸을때마다 통통소리나고 애들데려갔는데 뛰는순간 1층인데도 불구하고 아이거 위층옆층 다난리나겠다싶은소리임 바닥이 비어있는것같음 실제로 옆방소음 장난아님 운좋아야함 3. 사진그대로 불다켜도 어두움 이건괜찮은데 바닥에 흘린거닦으려고 숙였다가 구석에 먼지수준이아닌 먼지뭉탱이들있는거보고 그쪽만닦은뒤 흐린눈하고삼 어두운조명이라 조금만 나풀거려도 먼지가 공기중에 너무 많이보여서 더흐린눈하다 3박했는데 목이 너무 아파서 중간에나갈때 창문열고나감 사진찍었는데 이유모르나 업로드안됨 그냥 마루바닥인데 평생 바닥물걸레질안한수준 4.에어컨으로 난방틀어야해요 보일러같은거켜있길래 그대로잤다가 밤새얼어죽을뻔 먼지+난방조합이라 정말건조하고 목아파요 5. 시설 굿 - 침대3대너무좋고 식탁이나 티비 넷플되서좋아요. 6. 위치 굿- 바로앞에 편의점이있는건아니지만 역이나 공원등 대부분가깝고 좋음

泊車位只有2個。很大機會沒有泊車位置，需要到公共停車場付費泊車 。 房間很大，但清潔度有改善空間 。窗框較多灰塵

돈키호테 뱃푸점이 바로 옆에 있어 쇼핑하기 좋습니다. 유명하다는 식당들이 도보로 이동할 만한 거리에 있습니다. 호텔이 매우 청결하며 조용한 주택가에 위치해 있습니다. 프런트 데스크가 없는 무인호텔로서 체크인 24시간 전에 도어락 코드가 담긴 이메일을 보내준다고 하였지만 체크인 당일 아침에 제가 직접 요청을 한 이후에야 이메일을 보냈습니다. 이 점만 빼고는 만족스런 호텔입니다.

近くにはわりとなんでもあり場所的には良い！ 駐車場が少しだけ狭めではありました。鍵の仕組みが分かりずらく最初戸惑ったけど案内ですぐにわかりました。中は綺麗で清潔感はありました！
