"The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!"

"The only “downside” was that - even considering how hotel restaurants are overpriced as a general rule- the ÇSpice wa extremely overpriced considering the portion size and quality of the food. Also, the cookies from the Papiamentu Marketplace were inedible and were thrown away. The front desk were very friendly and helpful, but the Papiamentu Marketplace staff were not friendly at all. "

" staff needs to improve on how they treat their guests. They seem to favor on group over the other. could be a hereditary factor. Ex i came to drop off the beach towels. i handed the front desk employee and he directed me to a box. Ok fine, couple of days later a couple did the same thing and they took the towels from them. small issue, perhaps. Another example, sitting down at mood beach club for brunch and my girlfriend came over to meet me and she was stopped by a staff.... little annoying...

"This resort exceeded my expectations, the staff is super friendly and amenities are more than ample. Clean and well manicured surroundings, good quality food and beverages with lots of options. Comfortable and modern designed rooms, toiletries included, great views!!! I would totally recommend, awesome experience! "
