"The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. "The resort was awesome. The staff were excellent. Our room was cleaned daily. We had a beach front room with a beautiful view. Our issue was with other guests and the incessant smoking. The hotel should have a block of room that are non smoking even outside. Also the lack of tv stations and no conservative news coverage was disappointing. The only news stations available were MSN and CNN. Chilling in the early morning and before bed with tv is what we do. "

"Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car...

"We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it"
