"Fabiola was a wonderful and attentive waitress in the restaurant. All the staff greeted us as we encountered them and asked if all was good. Very considerate. Our room is brand new. The hotel opened recently in Dec 2023 or Jan 2024. Beautiful and well appointed. We had a king room with a desk, sofa that also had a stand for computer use. Many outlets, lights, easy to use temperature control. The bath has full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion dispensers. We had a very restful stay. "

"Staff were very friendly, responsive and genuinely made you feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are a little bit of paradise. The beach is a short walk down a jungle path and it is also lovely to lie by the pool and watch sloths, Toucans and Red Macaws in the trees as well as have the monkeys come by for a more boisterous visit. This is a place to come and relax. "

"The property was perfect for the Arenal segment of our week in Costa Rica. Beautiful grounds and we also enjoyed the hot spring pools. Nice for all ages of travelers. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, an unexpected bonus, nice blow dryers IYKYK. The on-site restaurant had an extensive buffet breakfast included which was awesome. Also must mention the spa, a very special experience, hearing the sounds of the outdoors during my wonderful treatment. Would love to return someday, and only positive things to say!"
