"Was a bit disappointed with our stay here. I’d read that the rooms were a bit dated, but it was rundown in aspects as well. The window in our bathroom had a broken hinge, the towels were old and tattered, the faucet discoloured, but the worst part was the bugs in the room. There was an ant (?) infestation - they’d burrowed a few holes into the bathroom doorframe and they were coming in and out of them and we found them in various places around the room. There were other various bugs we found...

"Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. "

"I spent four nights at Cuatro Vientos with my family! We rented a room with two beds and a private restroom. Even before we arrived we already were impressed with the owners because we needed to figure out a last minute issue! They were so helpful and very friendly. Kitchen is adequately equipped, other shared areas are also well maintained and clean "

"My family of 4 absolutely loved this property. One of the most unique places we have stayed. The craftsmanship of the boutique bungalows is excellent. High ceilings and very well appointed "A-Frame" individual rooms. The owner and staff are very friendly. After 3 days we felt like family. We loved the morning breakfast. Tina the Chef helped prepare fresh fruit, french toast, scrambled eggs every morning. She even made Pico De Gallo for me at my request! "Willie" the concierge/host was the best....

"It is a very beautiful property with amazing views! The staff was very friendly. They were constantly cleaning. The food was great and reasonably priced. (We have had a hard time with finding good food for a good price in the previous places we stayed. The beach was incredible! It is a a tough drive on gravel would recommend a 4 wheel drive with good tires. We had a small car and had to go very slow. There is three creeks that need to be crossed we were okay because it is the dry hot season."
