"The place is always clean, ready for use and peaceful atmosphere"

"The room was spacious and nice. We arrived late at night (10 pm ish) and had to call the hotel three times for the shuttle. The total wait time was almost an hour. Everytime we called we were told 10 minutes…. The breakfast was amazing and some of the best food I have ever had. The front desk seemed annoyed with any questions on both stays so we avoided them. I did not think they were friendly which was strange as everywhere else (La Fortuna) was super friendly. On our second stay the shuttle...

"Excellent location, close to the airport if you need to catch a flight. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff. And the free breakfast was amazing!"

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"
