"The Hotel and Staff were great. There was a mix up with our pick up from the airport and we had to get private transportation but the hotel staff was very helpful and covered it for us. We even got the transport back to the airport for free! Great Hotel 100% recommended"

"Our room was located in the Castle. Very unique and super cool. The location of the resort is perfect. There’s only 1 dining option on the resort, but you can easily walk down the beach and find other things. The staff was awesome. My main complaint is housekeeping didn’t change our sheets during our 4 night stay. I will book there again!"

"I booked this hotel for a week. It’s almost an hour from the airport. Not very much around it. It’s a beautiful resort. The food was very good. HOWEVER, due to the location there is a big bug issue. Mosquitos, sand fleas and biting gnats. It was so bad we couldn’t even spend time outside. Despite the fact we put on bug repellent. We ended up being in the room more often, and there were a lot of bugs in the room as well. Mosquitos, biting gnats and roaches. I am covered in bites from head to toe....

"Exelente servicio por parte del personal, nos encantó quedarnos en la Placita ya van varias vacaciones hospedándonos en este mismo lugar. Esta última ves se nos quedaba un aparato de un sirve para los ronquidos, y el busito del hotel ya nos iba a dejar a tomar el Ferri y ellos llamaron y nos entregaron sin nosotros bajarnos llegaron hasta el carro para entregárnos. Fue muy amable de su parte gracias a cada uno de los que laboran. Gracias Excelente todo volveremos pronto"

"I have visited Roatan for years and Naboo is my go-to hotel these days. It is a lovely hotel with friendly, competent staff and beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the island weather. It is less than a five minute walk from West Bay beach, which is the most beautiful beach on the island."

"We booked this based on a 9.8 rating. If I’m comparing to Kimpton which was rated 9.2 it was not accurate. While the Beach House was nice, I believe the housekeeping could be improved. They need some updates, including towels. They were discolored and had a lingering odor. The food at the restaurant was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again but with reset expectations."
