"The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon."

The safe door was locked open so I went to the front desk to let them know it did not work and they said "Oh, didn't I tell you when you checked in? You need to take the key and put your things in it and lock it and then bring the key back and ask for the key again when you want it out." "What an awesome gem on the Island, the drive into the property had me wondering but once onsite it was perfect. The garden cabin was exactly what we wanted for a short getaway to relax and unplug. "We just got back from a 10-day vacation to Roatan. We discovered Naboo by accident but once we saw it we knew we had to stay there. It made our vacation even more enjoyable. "My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view.
