"What an awesome gem on the Island, the drive into the property had me wondering but once onsite it was perfect. The garden cabin was exactly what we wanted for a short getaway to relax and unplug. "My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. "What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! "

"If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."

"The room was clean and the pool was beautiful and well kept. The location is good and walking distance to the water and restaurants. The road to get to the main road washed out during a couple of days of rain. The only complaint I had was there is no coffee in the room and it was a chore every morning to walk to the restaurants to get coffee."
