"The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. "

"I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our room had none of these features and no hair dryer. I asked to say in the better...

"Everything was clean. The rooms are super big. You definitely need to rent a car or order taxis to get around. The cheeseburger at Herby’s is really good. "

"Location is amazing! And the hotel itself and staff are great! My complaints was I didn’t have WiFi for half a day due to system error, a black out in the morning and bent metal drainage that could’ve cut my feet."

"This hotel needs to be upgraded ( kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchenette very rudimentary..) No privacy on the balcony, especially if your neighbours smokes) and it is not sound proof! The beach is very tiny, water not clear, in the middle of boats. There was a lot of sargasses seagrass. Beach chairs were available. Parking was available. Well located for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very nice!"

"Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....

"The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room. "
