"We enjoyed our stay. So nice to have restaurants in the hotel after a long day of shopping. The room was nice but we found it a little dark. Another floor lamp would be good and another chair. The location is great. Looking forward to our next stay."

"Great stay on Tunnel mountain. Loved the free parking but thought they should offer free bus passes to use within the townsite of Banff like every other hotel in Banff does. Great outdoor hot tub and their new restaurant the Prow had a great breakfast. "

"We had a great stay at Solara. We were on the Bow ground floor (2 bdr suite). The suite was clean but many things were worn out like the remote's buttons making it barely operational. The pool and spa are a good size, and clean as well. The suite was well equipped (dishes, pots, utensils) even with an electric bbq! "

"Amazing staff and we were pleasantly surprised being the stay of the day. Fairmont left us treats and a hand written card congratulating us on our anniversary. Amazing stay. The AC didn't work but all in all, an exceptional stay."
