"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed. On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little. "

"There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."

"This is a great place if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat. The restaurant was a true gem, and the staff were incredibly kind - overall, a wonderful place to stay. The mountain views were absolutely amazing, which was such a great bonus! That said, it’s not within close walking distance to town, so a vehicle is still needed to get into Banff, especially during the winter months. In the summer, it may be easier to walk or bike into town."

"LOVED THE WOOD FIREPLACE!!! Lots of wood stored by our unit so we never ran out. Love the free bus transit passes. Banff is small enough that it made it very convenient to use to go down down or to the Banff Gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the go tub as well. We didn’t use the fitness centre to can’t comment on that. We had a $25 credit that we used at the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be coming back. "

"Was the perfect place to stay while in Banff. Location was great, walk to all the shops and restaurants, right in the river with views of the mountains. Guests also receive discounted Ski Big 3 lift tickets which was a great surprise. 10/10 would stay again. "

"The staff were welcoming and kind, the lodge itself is clean, tidy and cute. Breakfast has various items to choose from. The location is ideal since it’s right in the middle of the town. I would comeback for many other times."
