Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip. 24 hours room service is a plus. "We booked for one night only as we had a layover from London and stayed in room 465. Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. "The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that house keeping left me, rose petals on the bed. I am very happy and will be back "
