"There is really not a lot of reasons to stay at this hotel. The water pressure is terrible and most of the time the water is scalding hot unless you let it run for several minutes in the sink. I ordered a bucket of ice to the room and they informed me that the cost is 20 dirhams ($5.45 USD). After almost an hour it did not come. I called and asked again. they again informed me of the cost. I offered no objection but still no ice after another 15 minutes. I went to the desk and asked them and they called room service and they told me that there was a charge...I said that I will pay just as I had on other nights. I went down a 2nd time and made a 4th request and for the 4th time they mentioned the price. after one and a half hours the ice was delivered and I was informed that I must pay. He said that while seeing me standing in the doorway with cash in my hand. There are many other things but it can be summed up with this...they don't seem to care and they don't think their guests can afford $5 for ice...so they just don't bring it."

"I paid the landlord the money through Expedia for a 2 night reservation, but he delayed in sending me the address of the property. I took a taxi to the area where the property was located expecting to hear from him, but he did not contact me. In the meantime, I waited in the area standing with my suitcase in hand and as it became darker and darker and later and later, I became concerned for my safety so I rented another property for the night. After I finally heard back from the landlord that night, I complained about the delay, but he responded “no refunds.” I suggest that you consider the situation that this landlord put me through before you send this landlord any money!"

"Great staff and stayed in a big 2 bedroom apartment (room 101) which was very clean and well kept. A little far out from the centre of Abu Dhabi but when you have a rental car and the petrol being so cheap, it's no problem."
