the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it

"Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often.
The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods."

"Lovely apartments, with a great range of pools to choose from. The complex is right next to a small Souk and supermarket, which made it really convenient for us. Location is beautiful, on a private beach opposite the mosque, but the taxi ride to the centre of Abu Dhabi is around AED80 each way.
Staff were very helpful and rooms were lovely. We stayed with our three children, aged 7, 12 and 14, and they loved the freedom to roam the complex and the general safety of Abu Dhabi."

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk. This was the only minor confusion during our stay which I think could be made a bit clearer at the time of booking, but it wasn't overly inconvenient.
