From check-in to check out, the dtaff were excellent. In particular our welcome from Larbi st chrck-in was exceptional. A rare experience but very much appreciated! Staff were attentive at breakfast and always available to assist or proffering table clearing service. I could not recommend this hotel more highly!

Beautiful and clean property with accommodating staff however we had an obnoxious noisy person in the room adjoining and the walls are paper thin. Room service was terrible and there was no attempt to accommodate for their error. Other than that great restaurant options and night club and the rooms were clean and presented exactly how they do online. Overall if I had to I will stay there again.

On the negative side but I guess it can also be seen as a plus side there was quite a lot of maintenance going on in the hotel especially on the top floor and around the swimming pool area on the 5 th floor. I assume most of the maintenance is done during the off season. The hotel is midtown so there is not a lot to do around but if you have a car this is not a problem. The hotel car park is that of the Abu Dhabi National Exposition Centre. There is an entry to the hotel from it so very convenient. Overall the hotel is clean. The stall are very helpful. There is gym next to the swimming pool which is well equipped. All in all this is a good value for money hotel.

Check in was a nightmare. The check-in female desk needed about 40 minutes(!) to check on one couple who had tons of questions. Why not refer them to the concierge? Quite junior, inexperienced check-in staff. Rooms are dark, no wibdows can be opened and AC is either slow when reducing the intensity or out of control. Breakfast is in abundance and quite OK. Inhouse meals are extremely expensive: butter chicken meal is AED 75..outside average AE20 average. Staying was OKbut definitely not worth repeating.
