"Really helpful staff, some of the politest and most helpful in the UAE. Good convenient facilities and with the breakfast pre-booked great value for money. Breakfast had a lot of options and all really nice. We had an apartment room so came with a washing machine and ideal for a family stay. Conveniently located out of down town with easy links to major roads or major shopping malls, main mosque etc. Would use again and recommend. "

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk.
