Great hotel

Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip. 24 hours room service is a plus. Breakfast buffet was excellent with numerous items and the kind staff in the breakfast area approached frequently to make sure we get everything. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay here at the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. Check in service staff were wonderful and very hospitable. Check in was a swift 3 minutes and very pleasant. Our service from Ram was also top notch! He was very helpful! The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean! The photos do not do it justice. It is much nicer in person. From check in to check out our stay was simply a fantastic experience. The welcome at check in was smiling and efficient, as were all the services (concierge, restaurant, café, bar, pool, ...) we enjoyed during the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. Comfortable, large and quiet rooms with great views. The bed was a dream. Special mention to the GM who was very friendly and went the extra mile to organise a service for us. Top class !

It is so convenient for the Adac conference center with easy access by taxi to downtown Abu Dhabi. The decor is superb with splendid original paintings to be admired. The reception on the 18th floor is incredible and the staff so professional. The rooms are well appointed with an incredible view. It is worth the little more than the surrounding hotels. Especially appreciated the outdoor pool on the 19th floor.

Unique property in that the building leans - very neat and tidy - staff were extreamly friendly - check in process was ok (waited but not too long) - we felt that breakfast was expensive at 130aed per person - we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel - room was on the smaller side but very neat and comfortable - good view from our window on the high floor - few complimentary items in the bar fridge - everything considered it is a very nice hotel and we will go back

Value for money. Great management. Aroop in morning breakfast very caring. Kajal in reception very helping leader. Above all general manager is very good. So obvious hitel stagf including concierge Sahid are reall good.
