"The day passes for the pool detract from the overall experience. People who pay for day passes bring their own drinks to the pool, while those of us who pay a high price for our hotel stay have to pay exorbitant prices for drinks there. Day pass holders get discounts, while those who pay for a room receive none. Those who pay for day passes talk loudly and use obscene language at the pool, jumping around and causing a scene. It makes you feel unsafe and disrupts your peace and quiet."

"I stayed for 3 days at this hotel and I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy; I loved the style. The rooms were lovely and, above all, clean. The staff was very friendly. Mr. Clark was very attentive, and Nathalie was incredibly kind and helpful. She treated me wonderfully. "My room was paid for half deposit and my card wouldn’t go through when I got there so they wouldn’t let me get it the first night. I have to go get Kash to finish paying for the room. Only they did at night. He didn’t let me in for the room when I pay for the first three nights."
