"Beautiful design, artfully decorated, clean, convenient to markets, restaurants, riverside, and the historic district. Perhaps the best aspect though was the owner/hostess, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Her positive energy made our stay particularly memorable. "
"We had a very comfortable stay here. It was close enough to walk into the downtown but far enough that it was quiet. The pool area was really nice and the breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and different dishes offered every day. The staff was really really friendly at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. "
"About the only thing wrong with the place is a few mosquitoes looking for blood.
They have bikes to borrow & cruise around town with.
Tranquility tucked away in a back street.
Staff are helpful & always look to be happy.
I’d stay there again. "
"We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel, service and convenience all fantastic. We loved how calm it felt and the staffs were all amazing people. They truly helped us with every question and supported us where required. The breakfast choice is smaller than what you’d expect from larger hotels, but we found each dish to be well cooked and delicious.
It was definitely a great experience for us coming to Chiang Mai for the first time, and the hotel really gave us how truly amazing the...

"The property was beautiful. A 10/10. My room was amazing. I had three rooms in one. Mr room included a sauna, a private massage parlor with two tables and an indoor/outside spa jacuzzi plus my outdoor patio. It definitely exceeded my expectations. "
"The hotel greets you with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk through the door. Staff extremely courteous and responsive. Horizon Lounge was a quiet oasis to relax and enjoy drinks and food. Free parking was an added bonus when it’s common to pay $50 a day or more at many premium hotels."
"I can’t say enough about the service at POR! The staff went above and beyond to make my first visit to Thailand easy and so enjoyable. They helped to arrange for my daily activities and were quick to answer all my questions. The daily breakfasts were amazing and the beverages and snacks available all day were definitely a plus. Thank you everyone at POR!"
"When negotiating a weekly rate I said the price was higher than the competitor and the front desk girl made a gesture with her hand to show me the door and then ignored me without saying a word and looked to the next customer and rudely dismissed me as the manager watched all this happen and said nothing. I've been traveling in southeast Asia for 6 years and I've stayed at over 100 hotels. This is the most rude experience I've ever had. They have nice rooms but i think the management and owner likely has a hostile attitude towards customers."
