"The Vieng Mantra is in a great location just by one of the gates in the old town. It’s in easy reach of restaurants, bars and local shops. The renowned Sunday night walking market is just at the end of the road. The bed was comfortable the room was clean and the bathroom was nice. What was disappointing was the breakfast. There was a choice of three set American breakfasts but they didn’t start serving until 7.30am if you’re going out on a day excursion it was too late. One morning we did have...

"Great location for walking around the city. Lots of shops in the neighbourhood. It is close to the airport and on the flight path. It doesn’t run 24 hours so may not notice. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options. "
