"I Normally never write reviews but I felt compelled. Upon arrival the room was not ready at 3p no problem I’ll kill some time. They set me up with someone (very lovely guy) to show me around and set me up for a “special breakfast” at the nice resort next door. The room was ready some time around 4p. The sheets were not clean and the room had lot of mosquitoes. Don’t bother to put the do not disturb on door because the maids will just come in. Went for my “special breakfast” come to find out was a sales patch for timeshares. It was a weird interaction some man comes up to me and says well this is an hour presentation so if you’re not interested you don’t have to and if not no “special breakfast”. The next day another guy came up and asked what happened apologized and was like no it will be quick come to a “special lunch”. And last diarrhea, headache, chills fever ended my trip with a case salmonella poisoning. I would say not the best experience in my 3 night stay. "

"Staff was friendly but not over joyful to greet you or always with a smile on their face. Sometimes it did seem like you were bothering them but, if you try with them their mood will pick up. The place was very clean the beach was picked up after everyday. They are organized with entertainment scheduling and what they put on for the staff. Food is good you’ll be able to find something for everyone "

"This resort has something for everyone from all sorts of water crafts , bowling, pickleball, ping pong, nightly shows such as Michael Jackson and Madonna tribute and karaoke nights, spa and good size casino, mini golf, kiddie water park and driving range. In addition to 2 buffets, there were 4-6 sit down restaurants . The French restaurant was our favorite ."

"Place has lots to do. Buildings are dated. 35 year old resort. Lots of maintenance issues but they fixed problems immediately. Food Good. Pool Clean and cleaned daily. Beach calm and clean. In a cove. Staff excellent!"

"El hotel tiene dos nombre Probar arriba y Faranda abajo . Todo bien lo único que tienen que estar claro con el desayuno que incluye por qué nos dieron solo frutas, dos pedazos de pan y un café . Las chicas muy amables. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."
