"Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff is completely rude! The food is disgusting and unsanitary! My family left with a stomach virus, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, and asthma. The venting in the rooms are completely filthy! I took videos and photos ! All the sinks were leaking, black mold underneath! My room was nowhere near clean! The water smells, the pool even smelled like garbage and vomit. My son was forced to go to a hospital, then not treated for " stomach virus" and severe dehydration yet charged me at the resort as well as in the hospital over $2000!!! I want a full refund from this resort and will press charges if the hospital does not refund me as well. The resort is infested with rats and roaches as well! My mother had to change rooms due to roaches! My sliding door did not fully close leaving dozens of mosquitos in the room that bit me and my children!! The water is disgusting and getting bottled water in any restaurant was not optional! The buffet was disgusting, I watched as the waiters wipe counters with the same rag they wiped tongs and plates!! If you are looking to get very I'll, then this resort is for you! "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."
