All was good with the hotel and the Restaurant was very good. You better have the location down before you go. The driver couldn’t find the place. We went up to the security gate at one hotel and they said they never heard of the Hotel. Twenty minutes later and a much more expensive taxi ride we found out it was the same place. Went to the front desk and they didn’t know the place. It was in the same building up 2 floors. It was an adventure to say the least.

The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request.

Beautiful property with a pool, gym, restaurant, security and on-site parking. The area around the property is still developing so it’s a bit difficult to find and to get in and out of. But the service from staff is excellent.

This is a good place to live for a while. I would definitely stay there again. The building is clean and the rooms are neat and fantastic with modern facilities. The room has everything you need including washing machine. Although, the buildings around the suite is still under construction, once they are completed. It will enhance the view from inside. I do not think anyone would regret staying there.

Impossible to find; not known by Probar name. Check in was very disorganized with no English spoken. One young lady from the bar spoke some English and was able to assist otherwise we would have abandoned the reservation. Young Italian girl from the bar/restaurant should be commended for her language and customer service skills

The property was really well equipped, and staff were really friendly. The room was neat and tidy, however did smell of cigarette smoke. The rooms were large and had all the amenities. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was of a lower standard to the rest of the room, but for the price the state was not unreasonable. The only challenge we had with this property was that Uber and taxi drivers kept getting lost when trying to find the property, this is because many of the roadways to the property are new and not properly mapped, this was a challenge for us when we didn't have a strong Spanish vocab and struggled to reroute drivers or explain why they shouldn't go the way the maps were directing them.

The place is unfinished. It doesn't have an actual lobby; I had to check in at the bar/restaurant. The facilities are not handicap, and I was traveling with one older person in a wheelchair. The bads are on a platform, which makes it not ideal. The rooms have no view, and there is a lot of construction around the facilities. All rooms are the same, but they are ranked differently. There is no difference between rooms, so get the cheaper one.

Probar suites was beyond our expectations. The room & facilities were all great. Breakfast options were also good, loved the fresh juice offered with breakfast. The staff is great & would immediately respond to our requests. A special thanks to Diana & the rest of the staff who were very helpful. The pool is also large & the overall setup of the hotel is admirable. Just a quick note that although it’s very close to Downtown Punta Cana, it’s not walkable due to the highway. However it’s very easy to take an Uber ride which costs $3-4 to downtown.
