"My stay at Melia was incredible. From the food options, to cleanliness, the beautiful view and the concierge service. I had no complaints about the trip. Jose, Juan and Zully took excellent care of me for the whole trip and made sure I had all the info and accommodations I needed every single day. The housekeeping team was also excellent and Aracelis made sure the room was taken care of everyday. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. Would definitely come back!"

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"
