"Incredibly stunning resort!! Seriously gorgeous. Quiet and relaxing while still being able to have your own fun if that’s what you’re looking for. Perfect balance of a relaxing/fun stay. There’s something for everyone! The only comment I’ll make is even with upgraded rooms. They’re a little outdated/ could use a refresh. Otherwise loved everything!"

"It was a pleasure staying at your property. The front desk staff was exceptional. Wander was amazing at check-in and very helpful with directions and information regarding the property and access to the room door. Hacell was superb, always providing outstanding service with a warm smile. He assisted me with my bags and suggested local food options. Willy & Carlos were very helpful assisting me with my bags upon my second visit same day I checked-out. I missed my ride back and return for one...

"The staff named Danny was not helpful. We paid in full already and he tried to double charge us. If I don’t complain he would charge us again. This is my complaint and also he did not notify us about the front desk taxi services. We had to wait almost a half hour and experienced problems left and right throughout our stay. We are very disappointed."

"ELECTRICITY COSTS YOU EXTRA!! NOT IN THE LISTED PRICE. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2.5 baths. Parking on site. Narrow road to get there. I booked a ocean view room but it was definitely a partial view. The dont remove the sargassum from the beach like other places do. So dont expect to go in the ocean there. Property needs updating, broken lighting all around"
