"Our stay at this resort with our 2-year-old was unfortunately disappointing overall. Upon arrival, we were directed to the Level private check-in area, which was quite disorganized and messy. The check-in process took about an hour and a half, which was frustrating after traveling. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue. The floors did not appear to be properly cleaned, and I found hair in the shower that did not belong to me, which was concerning. In terms of dining, the buffet food was good and offered decent variety. However, we made reservations at the Mexican and Italian restaurants, and the food at both was underwhelming and did not meet expectations. Customer service was inconsistent. While some staff members were helpful, others made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them when asking for assistance. On a positive note, our son absolutely loved the splash water park—it was the highlight of our trip and a great feature for families with young children."

" Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante. La higiene de las habitaciones es muy deficiente; desde que entramos se notaba que la limpieza no era adecuada. Las toallas están viejas y muy gastadas, y ni siquiera colocan jabón en el baño, algo básico que cualquier hotel debería proporcionar a sus huéspedes. El refrigerador de la habitación no enfría, por lo que no sirve para mantener bebidas o comida fría. Además, las jaboneras del baño estaban descolgadas, lo que demuestra una clara falta de mantenimiento. Otro problema importante fue la ducha: cuando uno se baña, el agua no drena correctamente y el área se inunda. Esto resulta muy incómodo y poco higiénico. Para completar, el control remoto del televisor no funciona, por lo que ni siquiera se puede usar la TV correctamente. "Four buffet not good restaurants are ok nothing fancy but if you don’t have reservations they won’t let you access them . You go to the concierge to make reservations when you get to know and guess what there’s no reservations available until the day you leaving ( coincidence *) I guess The nature and the weather at the Caribbean is beautiful but service staff not friendly and check in and check out process take too long I’ll come to punta Cana again but not for this resort "
