"The staff was very friendly and respectful, with good recommendations of where to go. The locations is fairly central, but you need to take short uber drives to most places. About a 3 minute Uber to a lovely shopping mall,restaurant and clubs. About 15 mins to the beach. The indoor green space reminded me a lot of Spanish Architecture. "Rooms were clean and roomy. Food in the premium restaurants were excellent. There is a steak house, italian restaurant, french restaurant, Japanese restaurant, seafood restaurant and Mexican restaurant. Buffet had alot of selections. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. "It’s a beautiful place but there were quite a few things that made my stay an unpleasant one: No TV in the sitting area. When there is a TV, the remote is missing. No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. "the lobby was really nice the rooms was kinda worn down and there was no hand soap for us in the bathroom it only had one trash for the whole room and the shower water was freezing cold ! oh and people roam the floor at night messing with doors ! thank god i had a safety lock no one could get in . He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure.
