"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

Cyan Cancun Resort & Spa

"At Cyan Cancun Resort and Spa and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort has a great location with plenty of nice amenities inside and around the property. The pool and beach are fantastic, making it a perfect place to relax. Additionally, across the street, there's an OXXO convenience store, which was very convenient for us. However, we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The first was with the bathroom sink, which did not drain properly and stayed for a while before slowly going down. I reported this to the receptionist, who assured me someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived. The second issue was with the bedding. When they changed the sheets, blankets, and pillow covers, I noticed red stains on them. I informed the front desk, and they promised to send someone the next day. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I had to follow up multiple times, including sending pictures via email as requested. Each time, I was told that someone would come the next day, but no one did until after several days when the bedding was finally replaced. Despite these issues, I want to highlight that the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My experience was generally positive, but these problems did affect my overall satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the services for future guests. Thank you."

"We stayed for 6 days and we had a great experience overall. The location is very convenient, it's within walking distance to a nearby shopping center, which made it easy to explore the area. The VIP lounge and VIP check-in were excellent and made our stay feel extra special. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. There are three dine-in restaurants on site, all of which were good. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered a nice variety of food options, so there was always something for everyone. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"New Resort in Cancun designed with kids in mind. Very close to the airport however the planes coming and going were not a big nuisance. Many activities on resort, so perfect for people who don't care to go out and explore. Pools were clean and staff was very attentive, consider mosquito spray. Beach had fantastic sand, warm water, and peaceful place to relax, yet there weren't many chairs, umbrellas, and wait staff. People complained about the seagrass and the water not being clear, however it brought small fish and birds who ate them which we enjoyed snorkeling and seeing nature. Bring water shoes if you don't want to walk on squishy grass texture. The water was never more than 6ft deep. Check in/out was easy and through Expedia they take you to a VIP check in. We were happy with our stay for the cost. -Joe "
