"Amazing breakfast and dinner. Spotless! You can feel the hotel had its splendid times in the past with all good quality finishings of the room and jetted bath. The resort has many things for a family holiday including tennis court, small but good gym, kids club, big pool for families and all the entertainments for kids as well. "The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind."

"To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....
