Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding.

The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day..

There was no cutlery or wine glasses or milk for the coffee or snacks or drinks or welcome fruit in our suite. You couldn't order food or find the menu from the QR code on the TV. For some reason you had to use another code on the key holder. When we tried to see the menu in the restaurant she said people were eating there so we couldn't see one. Weird. Rest of the staff were good and food was excellent, so pleased we perserved

I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it!

We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had closed itself behind my husband while he was outside and he couldn’t get back in! Luckily, I could open the door but if we had both been out there, we would have been stranded!
