"We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern and fun vibe of W. The staff were very welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide. Great amenities, attentive service, clean and comfortable. I would recommend W Sentosa without hesitation and can't wait to stay there again. Some lovely restaurants on-site also."

"Property was fine. Meal service was mediocre at best. Also, at 10 AM called guest services and requested taxi for 12:00. Was told that it would be taken care of. Went to lobby at 11:45, doorman said he never got a request…..bad parting memory"

They kindly upgraded our room since it was my birthday and also gave me a birthday cake which was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had. The room was large, bed comfortable and no noise disturbance at all. MRT station next to the hotel for convenience.
