Staying at Carlton City hotel was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with lodging! It's very clean, welcoming, and convenient location is a plus! The best part is the staff who went out of their way to help me with some of the unfortunate issues I have experienced (lost my id and credit card). Thank you very much for all your help! I hope to come back in the future!

Love this Hotel superb location Tanjong Pagar, very helpful staff will go that extra mile for you. Has everything you need . Stayed here last year as was dissapointed with the Amara hotel nearby. Will be staying again on the way back from Oz

The value was spectacular. We loved the location. Hundreds of small restaurants nearby, the Maxwell hawker food hall about 400 metres away. The incredible and easy to navigate subway system (also to Changi Airport) is about 100 metres away. The hotel itself far exceeded our expectations. The most comfortable hotel pillows we have experienced. Also, in the bathroom is a drinking water filter. Never saw that in a hotel before. Incredible value for the dollar. If you are a foodie, stay here.

The concierges were very helpful and made my trip easy to get around. I've asked them getting a taxi, keep my luggage till I leave the town after checking out, they even weight my luggage. Gym was small but well equipped and kept very clean.
