The room was spacious and the hotel was very great located. Just a few steps away from the heart of Chinatown and its great food options like the Maxwell hawker for example. Can only recommend for first time visitors like I was.

This hotel is dated but if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, this is your go to. The linens are clean, the buffet for breakfast was great and had many options and the staff were friendly and efficient! Ray in the executive club bar at happy hour was so amazing and kept your glass filled at the same time as being friendly and helpful with directions for the go to places.
The view from our room - we were on the 22nd floor.
Just a couple blocks from china town and Clark Quay.

Front desk staff were very nice very helpful and accomodating. The problem is it is stink like moldy smell and cigarettes smell that will greet you when you get off the elevator. Rooms need renovations.

I requested for my room to be cleaned every other day to remove trash and replace towels. The hotel obliged and all went well. The staff has been excellent. The hotel is very busy because of the great location. Front desk staff Reva was extremely pleasant and helpful. The concierge team, especially Raman and Rajah are excellent!
