ビーチに近くロケーションは満足でした。（※ビーチへの近道案内がもっと分かりやすいと嬉しいです。） ただ、価格に対してお部屋が想像以上に狭く、大きなスーツケースを開けるスペースに余裕がないと感じました。今回の予約が2部屋つなぎの部屋だったのでなんとか滞在を楽しむことはできました。 また、朝8時半に清掃希望を出していない状態で清掃の確認のためにチャイムを鳴らされたことや、プールサイドでのタオル貸出スタッフの対応が高圧的だったことなど、リラックス目的の滞在としては接客面で残念な部分が残りました。立地が良いだけに少しもったいない印象です。

This hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, patient, and responsible, and were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable as well. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was an OK hotel. Rooms were clean but small and no room for hanging your clothes whatsoever. Bed was OK but the pillows were terrible and the tv was barely working. The hotel is massive and that showed in everything,it was made to accommodate a lot of people not for quality

There is no laundry. The staff were helpful. The room was clean but was obviously damp as you could smell the dampness under the smell of tea tree. The bathroom was very impractical as the wet floor shower ran all over the floor and onto the floor of the toilet. The floor then never completely dries which is dangerous during the night when you want to use the toilet as it creates a slipping hazard. The water also can run into the bedroom and again doesn't dry. The deep pool was also under maintenance but during our stay we didn't see any maintenance work occurring. The staff were very nice and other than the aforementioned room issues, the hotel was great. Great location and lovely staff. We loved Sentosa Island overall.

Check in was horrendous, not enough staff. Used the virtual check-in but gave us only one key for 2 rooms. Then got given incorrect rooms and took forever to sort out Rooms are pretty basic with not enough room for more than one suitcase. 夏休みの8/11-8/15に滞在しました。徒歩数分にモノレールがあるので、ビーチにもユニバーサルにもVitoCityにもアクセスがよく、便利でした。部屋はファミリールームを家族4人で、キングサイズとツインのお部屋を真ん中の壁のドアで繋がっているタイプです。2つの部屋がコネクトしているので、トイレとシャワーがそれぞれの部屋にあり、トイレ渋滞が起きなかったのは本当によかったです。ホテルの敷地内のにはセブンもあります様空港からタクシーで30分程度とアクセスもよかったです。また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

Disappointing Experience and Poor Value for Money Our stay at Village Hotel Sentosa was deeply disappointing, especially given the high price point—nearly double what we have paid for true 5-star hotels in the Orchard area. We booked a "Family suite" expecting a comfortable setup for our family of four. Instead, it felt like a budget arrangement consisting of two tiny twin rooms joined by a small connecting door. The layout was extremely cramped with barely enough room to move or rest. Without a proper sofa, table, or chairs, managing two young children in the space was chaotic. Additionally, there was no bathtub. While the pool is advertised as the main highlight of the hotel, the water quality was poor, and there were no lifeguards on duty. Between the cramped room setup and the lack of basic amenities for a "suite" price, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Great location and modern feel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very compact and not ideal when you have large suitcases! The pools were nice but very busy as they were shared with guests from other hotels. It meant that finding loungers was often quite difficult.

We booked a room for 2 adults and a child on Expedia. When we arrived they told us if we wanted a child’s bed then we would have to pay $80 SGD per night. They blamed it on expedia so unsure whose fault it was but a bad experience. Expedia support was useless.
