What a great stay! I arrived very early and the team managed to get my room ready for me right away. The staff was wonderful and a special shout out to Joel in the club lounge for his exceptional hospitality. The breakfast buffet was a perfect start daily with an amazing selection. Highly recommend and will certainly stay again next time I’m in Singapore.

Stayed one night, it was fine but wouldn’t revisit. Singapore has more options for this price range, and isn’t representative of Shangri-La brand. We were upgraded to a club room which was nice of them but were surprised at the size of the room and bathroom. If you can get a bargain price then it’s worth it. Great location for MRT.

Our stay was wonderful at JEN Tanglin Singapore! We had a really early flight and arrival into Singapore, the staff were able to get our room ready early for us at no extra charge. This was really appreciated as we have a 1-year old that was exhausted from travelling. The hotel was located in a great spot, just steps from Orchard Boulevard MRT station. We decided to take MRT everywhere for our trip and it made it so convenient, cost effective, and time efficient. The room was clean, well stocked with amenities, and it was really easy to order room service or anything else. The bed itself was really comfortable and they also have a pillow menu. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back and stay at JEN Tanglin Singapore again!

My stay wouldn’t be this great if I didn’t stay at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La! Starting of with their well appointed rooms - all specifications such as room location and pillow preferences we’re followed. Food is always great from breakfast to their evening cocktails at the Club Lounge! Check out was breezy! Was able to check out at the Club Lounge avoiding the crowd at the front desk! Service requests made easy by using their app! I’m very happy and satisfied!!!

Close to orchard boulevard mrt and bus stops Close to Tanglin Mall - enjoyed going to dr stretch which is on level 2, same level as the entry to Tanglin Mall House keeping staff extremely friendly and always attentive to detail Outside pool not too cold, perfect for yhe weather in singapore Staff at reveption were happy to extend out checkout by two hours which we really appreciated so thankyou. cant fault the hotel, we will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time staying here at Jen Tanglin, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the facilities and surrounding areas are so great. Close to the MRT station and shopping centre downstairs from the hotel makes it very convenient. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and had a lovely view of the pool. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return again. Thanks for a great holiday 🙏

Highly recommend JEN Singapore Tanglin! The vibe is chic and contemporary, and the hospitality is top-notch. It’s located in a great spot right next to Tanglin Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was cozy, high-tech, and very clean. The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Will definitely be back!
