The location of the hotel is good, a little outdated, could not open a window for fresh air, lack of natural light. The pool area is old and unkept, the tiles in the pool need a good clean. I would not stay again, I should have paid a bit more money and stayed elsewhere. The only reason I selected this hotel was it had a pool and gym. Didn’t even go to the gym when I saw what the pool looked like!

Everything about the hotel was exceptional .It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Staff is excellent 😊

A great stay in SIngapore - we came back to stay in Grand Pacific as it is always a pleasant experience. Great sized, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is a highliight with an amazing buffet! Very convenient location, easy to get to from the airport on the train and can walk to most main sights in SIngapore.

Have stayed here many times. Good aircon big rooms, bath with shower which i like. Bathrooms are cleanbut need refurb. Concierge... Velu has neen there for years....always greets me which means a lot.

Hotel Grand Pacific is in an excellent location near many of Singapore's attractions and shopping area's! Hotel Grand Pacific is an excellent hotel with outstanding staff especially manager Mr. Bernard Ho, reception staff mdm Christine, Ms. Mindy, Sun cafe in hotel staff Melsha and Katty bell staff Mr. Velu is super helpful from assisting guests with luggage to visitor information about sights in Singapore along with directions all are outstanding and a credit to the superb service at Hotel Grand Pacific Singapore!

Unfortunately this hotel looks OK from the outside however rooms are very run down, bathroom was moldy. Breakfast was OK. Pool area is run down. They don't accept Visa or MasterCard debit cards so we had to go get cash out of an ATM for them. Won't return to this place.
