Overall it is a good hotel. Clean room, nice staff. The city view in the description doesn’t match the reality. The reception said they gave us an “upgrade” to club king but I am suspicious about this “upgrade” because our room is basically facing the other building directly so there is NO VIEW at all.

This hotel is in a great, central location with easy access to the MRT just below. Being on Orchard Road means that there are malls and restaurants all around. We were on the 20th floor with an amazing view of the city and across to Marina Bay Sands. The rooftop pool is great and perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

Great place to stay! Staff is friendly and had my room ready when I arrived. We decided to use the pool and it was a great idea. The pool area was very clean and the bartender made wonderful tasting drinks. We will definitely be back!!!

Quiet, spacious room with closet and drawer space and all the amenities on the eighteenth floor of the hotel situated on top of the Orchard Gateway shopping center. Lovely pool with terrific views on the nineteenth floor.

Jenns was a perfect location for our stay in Singapore. The room was plenty large enough for our family of 3, beds were comfortable and the service was as it should be. The check in noted that it was my husbands birthday, so on the day they delivered an assortment of goodies and left a birthday wish in the room. A very nice added touch to our stay. We also used the pool and gym, both were very nice, spacious and well kept.
