"Always excellent service. The staff responded to requests quickly and courteously. Be aware that rooms below floor 12 which are listed as "park view" will only give you views of the trees on 59th street. Maintenence can be spotty, as the seals on the windows in my room were loose and the latches to close them were not able to operate properly. Proximity to MTA and the park is unequaled in the city and well worth staying here."

"My husband and I chose to stay at The Beekman so we could obtain our marriage license at City Hall, which is just a quick walk away. We also had a photo shoot planned near City Hall, and the hotel’s location was perfect—right in the midst of downtown Manhattan’s iconic landmarks. The hotel itself is breathtaking, with gorgeous rooms, an impressive atrium, and a restaurant at its center. This hotel has such rich history, that they almost should do tours here! The food at the hotel restaurants...

The spa service is innovative, and various sports supplements are included in the room's minibar. The interior design is chic. The gym and two pools in the hotel are amazing stops to make while you stay. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in Royalton Park Avenue hotel. Excellent location! It is not as crowded as around Times Square, close to many places of interest. Whole Foods is 5 min walk. Starbucks is across the street. Many breakfast and dining options around. The hotel has a pool which was great in 100F heat. Nice staff. Can recommend for a stay in NYC. "
