The location of this hotel is great and the rooms are nice and big. The gym is good with a lot of great equipment. The in room coffee makers aren’t great and it took room service almost an hour to bring just coffee and fruit to us. I had to call and check on the things but they were kind and helpful when I explained. Besides that we had a great stay. The hotel is a little older and it shows. But I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been better, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in NYC. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and it was always so nice to come back to a clean room that had been turned down for the evening. We would definitely stay here again!
