The check in process is super slow. I never got an email confirmation for my passcode and I took few hours to get to the right rooms. And no storage space for placing the luggages. Despite all the hustles- the space is exactly like the photos that they show, very clean and spacious. Location is great too.

The location was good area, To enter it was not complicated but for some people it was. In my room there was couple of gnats, stains in one the furniture, We didn’t have a remote for the tv, Because there is no staff at the service desk we can’t fix the situation until the morning when someone is here. I feel there should be someone over night at the service desk because mostly all the issues are at night. There is no over night staff no customers service to help with the situation so the problem is not fix because is our time to leave.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything I needed. After long days walking around New York, it was a great place to come back to and actually relax. The location was perfect for my trip. It’s extremely close to the subway, which made getting around the city really easy, and it’s also within walking distance of food, shops, and anything else you might need. Being close to Gantry Plaza State Park was a huge bonus too — it made for a beautiful walk and a great view of Manhattan. Overall, this was a convenient, comfortable, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely consider staying here again, especially for easy subway access and a quieter home base outside the busiest parts of Manhattan.

The hotel has a good location - close to subway station offering a quick ride to midtown Manhattan. However, the check-in was a disaster, like many reviewers pointed out. The hotel did not send the entrance code before checkin, and we had to wait for several hours in the rain and wind with children. The call center cannot be reached for hours. I had to contact Expedia to have the issue solved, but, as I said, it took hours, and we checked in around 10 PM. The floors and surfaces in the room were not clean, we had to wipe them ourselves. There was no hot water for all three days; they could not fix it because of the holiday (4 July), but it was not fixed after the holiday, too.

There was no staff member on the property, and I never received a check-in or entry code for the building. Another guest had to let me inside. I eventually found a very nice man sitting in what appeared to be a small closet with a laptop, which felt unusual, and he provided a temporary code so I could access my room. Later that night, guests on my floor were yelling and trying to kick in a door, but there was no one available to handle the situation. I got no sleep and feel that I significantly overpaid for a one-night stay. The room itself was decent, and the building seemed secure—almost too secure, considering I could not get inside without help. Overall, the lack of staff, and absence of support during a disturbance made this a disappointing experience.

Check in is very simple using the keypads around the property. Warning - sometimes even after putting in your pin it’ll mark it as incorrect and you’ll have to put your pin in multiple times but it will eventually work. You’ll only see staff at 11am cleaning the rooms otherwise you’re on your own. It’s very straight forward and it some ways much easier than I normal hotel. The walls aren’t perfect and the rug could be cleaner but overall cost/return is very good.

The entrance is almost hidden. It has no label of the hotel at all. Its next to the sky bar. The rooms are on top of businesses.Establishment did a horrible job of providing instructions outside of the use of the access code. Since there isn't a person staffed, you must have your phobe charged or you will be out of luck. I didn't like the fact there wasn't any wash clothes(only hand towels and large towel) I knew if I requested it I would be charged extra. It was clean and my AC worked which was great. The water was hot but the tub had a slow drain.

I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again within a week! It was quiet and peaceful. If you’re looking for groceries there is a Trader Joe’s near right across the street. An incredible location and we were fortunate enough to have a view of the Manhattan skyline. Stayed with our 4 year old and the grandparents. Plenty of room for all in the 2 bedroom apartment. In unit laundry appreciated. And so close the Court Square station which made our trips to Manhattan and Brooklyn super easy. Trader Joe’s around the corner for groceries. Some city noise if that bothers you. Some other guests had trouble with their codes getting in. And we used the luggage lockers at check out for a couple of hours but our code had expired when we came back to get them. Other than that, a really wonderful stay.
